Through the Site, you may submit information about a property you own to request a cash offer. Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation for either party — you are not required to accept an offer, and we are not required to make one.
Offers and Transactions
- Any cash offer we provide is an estimate based on the information you supply and our own research, and is subject to verification of title, access, and property condition.
- An offer becomes binding only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or revise an offer at any time before a purchase agreement is signed.

Program description: When you opt in to text messages from Sell Homes America, you consent to receive account notifications, customer care, and marketing text messages — including cash offers, follow-up questions, appointment reminders, and transaction updates.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and transaction activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
